Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because each treatment is thoughtfully prepared and that time cannot be offered to another guest in short notice, I kindly ask for your consideration.
*A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
*Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
* Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
I understand that emergencies happen. If something outside of your control arises, please reach out as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate with understanding and fairness.
